Hi there! I'm Anastasia, a performer and experienced visual artist with a lifelong passion for creative expression. Movement has played a significant role in my creative journey—I started dancing in elementary school, experimenting with a range of genres, but I have trained mostly in hip-hop, belly dance, contemporary dance, and jazz. Over the past two years, I’ve expanded into aerial arts, focusing on aerial hoop, hammock, and silks, which have pushed my strength and technique in ways I hadn’t imagined. No matter the medium, I pour my heart into everything I create. Whether I'm painting a mural or choreographing a piece for an aerial showcase, my work is driven by love and a deep connection to people and the natural world. Beyond art, I am a human rights activist, student therapist, academic researcher, and former radio show host who thrives on learning from and educating others.
